Masar Al-Tameer Co. Ltd. executed the HVAC works for Al-Ansar Sport Club in Madinah as the contractor, covering supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the full air conditioning package.

Scope of Work

  • 4 chillers with a total capacity of 600 TR
  • 12 Air Handling Units (AHUs)
  • 59 Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • 8 primary and secondary pumps
  • Approximately 1.8 km of chilled water piping networks
  • 600 TR Total chiller capacity
  • 12 Air handling units
  • 59 Fan coil units
  • 1.8 km Chilled water piping
